Since your agency doesn’t train you on the right skills, you are by default the typical agent that only knows how to extract left over money from their conversations with clients.
On average the leftover money conversations is the reason why most agents will average only between $100-$300 a month in premium per case.
So, let’s do the math...
You get a $200 premium per case. Let’s assume you make a 60% in commissions...
That’s only $1440 that you’re left with.
So in order for you to earn $50,000 each month, you would need to write 35 POLICIES PER MONTH!!!!
